Coming to Las Colinas in July is “a Dallas chain-in-the-making” called Bread Zeppelin. The fast-casual restaurant will specialize not in subs, heroes, or grinders, but zeppelins, a new creation that stuffs chopped salad or other fillings inside hollowed-out baguettes.
